More cookies...

We had a potluck at work today, so I took cookies. I made the Raisin-nut cookies and the Candy-Not cooked version 1. I made them, packed them, took them to work and shared them. What I did not do is remember to take pictures FIRST. Hopefully there will be a few of each left so I can get photos tomorrow. If not, I get to make more.

Both were yummy, I made the raisin nut ones with Craisins instead, and they were very, very good! If you make them, they do not spread out when baking, and I could put 15-20 on a cookie sheet. I used a 1oz cookie scoop and got 50 cookies. The others made 42 cookies, and turned out to be one of my Unit Manager's favorites :-)
